Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide flexible booking options for our customers. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Periods

  • Hourly bookings: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the start time.
  • Daily bookings: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time.
  • Weekly bookings: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start time.
  • Monthly bookings: Free cancellation up to 7 days before the start date.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made after the free cancellation period will incur a charge of 50% of the booking total. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment gateway. Processing time depends on the gateway and issuing bank.

Exceptions

In case of facility closures, technical issues, or force majeure events, customers will receive a full refund regardless of the cancellation period.
